On behalf of our client, international consulting company, we are currently looking for candidates interested in a position of Knowledge Manager .
Location: Warsaw
Start date: ASAP
Salary: up to 500-600 PLN net/MD
Obligations:
• Planning and implementation of a knowledge management system in the department Finevare inside and outside the organization
• Managing the technical infrastructure min. Atlassian (Confluence) in order to support the process of knowledge management
• Promotion of knowledge sharing within the organization and PR - corporate newsletters
• Conducting training and presentations
• Evaluation and evolution of the knowledge management process
•Making establishment of communication between teams, branches and departments easier, creating information channels
• Designing a model of knowledge sharing for distributed work model taking into account geographical, ethnic and linguistic
Requirements:
• High organizational skills, planning and analysis
• Communication skills
• Knowledge of English at level C1 / C2
• Good interpersonal skills allowing easily collaborate with people, identify problems and seek solutions
• Knowledge of tools to support knowledge management and communication, welcome experience with Atlassian tools
• Several years of experience in international corporations in a similar position
• Willingness to travel abroad to the customer
• The ability to simplify the information and writing down them in a friendly form
• The ability to enter and maintain standardization and continuous improvement process
• Ability to build long-term relationships with colleagues at work
• Knowledge of Scrum will be a great asset
• A passion for the job
