Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Antwerpen Belgium.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
For one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry we are currently looking for a KM Consultant. This is a project of 4 months, in which you will be responsible for the implementation of Knowledge Management principles, as well as the set-up of a centre of excellence. Therefore we are looking for an Knowledge Management Consultant with strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, with preferable experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setup of Knowledge Management Framework
- Stakeholder management
- Collect and define user requirements for knowledge center (data, information and expertise)
- Develop user interface and information architecture
- Implement enterprise social collaboration tools
- Set up best practices
- Develop information channel for case studies
- Implementation of complete Knowledge Management processes (plan/do/check/act)
- Train end-users in Knowledge Management tools / processes
- Multidisciplinary collaboration within IT business unit
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Dutch is a strong plus
- Senior experience of Common Knowledge Management concepts
- Previous experience of full cycle Knowledge Management implementations
- Previous experience with the management of Knowledge Management projects
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus
- Project Management skills
- Analytical, strong communicator and strong in stakeholder management
