The Key Account Manager (KAM) is located in Poland and operates for Baltic Region. Directly manages the assigned distributors and/or customers in terms of sales KPI implementation, negotiation and implementation of the defined business plan. The KAM directly reports to the Regional Cluster Manager (Hub Leader).

Reguirements
- Solid sales experience (minimum 4 years professional experience in the similar position, dealing with National customers in Poland)
- Very good knowledge of Polish market in terms of customers, channels, trade habits, policies etc. Strong customers relationship, very good knowledge of the MT chains buyers (at the eye-level)
- High level of leadership in order to be able to influence the distributors" people
- Very good analytical abilities, able to deal with numbers, manage the budgets and do accurate forecasts
- High autonomy, the person should work together with distributor people in a challenging and complex environment, but without daily supervision of his superior
- Proven skills to successfully win over challenging and conflicting situations
- Strong verbal and written communications skills in both Polish and English; very good knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
- Familiar with Nielsen market data, ability to identify the key insights from analyses
- Excellent strategic thinking and category strategies / trade tactics understanding in order to deliver new growth opportunities
- Knowledge of Baltics markets will be a certain plus
- Person will report to the CE HUB leader based in Bucharest / Romania
- Willingness to work and travel all over the Poland
