The main responsibilities are to:
• Explore and develop a portfolio of customers, mainly large corporations;
• Interview and select consultants to provide specialized engineering services;
• Assign consultants in accordance with the appropriate skills needed in each project;
• Follow-up projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and consultants’ success;
Education: Master degree in Engineering and / or Management
Professional experience: minimum 2 years of sales experience in IT / telecommunication / banking / insurance / automotive / energy within an international and multicultural environment, which enables you to have acquired an understanding of your industry sector(s).
Soft-skills: great communication skills (to deal both with clients and teams of consultants), entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrated negotiation talent, excellent closing abilities, strong organizational and time management skills, strong drive to succeed, result-focused, ambitious
Languages: English is mandatory, French is an asset
