Junior Technical Writer
Location: KrakówWe are currently looking for experienced Technical Writer who will be responsible for preparing different document types for software solutions. The project is related to travel industry.
As a Technical Writer you are going to create the following documents:
Release notes, API/Webservice documents, User Guides, Online help files, System Administration Guides, Installation Guides, other documents as requested.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Development, Delivery and Solutions teams
- Work closely with solution subject matter experts (SMEs) to gain a working knowledge of the application; review existing documentation and determine where any updates and/or edits need to occur
- Understand, interpret and translate technical requirements into an easily to understand format.
Essentials Skills:
Requirements
- + 1 year technical writing experience.
The following single-sourcing tools required:
- MadCap Flare (preferred)
- RoboHelp
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Demonstrated aptitude in technology applications
- Good problem – solving skills required
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to analyze, organize and present complex information
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
