Currently our client, big international company with offices in Cracow, is looking for German speaking individuals to join their Customer Contact Team as a Team Leader.
At this positionyou will be required to lead and develop your team in terms of performance. Do not worry you will not be asked to master the process or train the new joiners.
Your responsibilities will mostly revolve around supervising and supporting your team.
Since you will be responsible for organising work of around 15 people previous experience on similar position is crucial.
The position may have you managing difficult situations and sometimes contacting foreign clients so fluency both in German and English is a must. You will report to, and cooperate with, managers so you will have a great opportunity to use and further develop your communication skills.
