For our Client, global SSC in Poznań, we are currently looking for the Candidates for Junior Talent Research Analyst.
In this position you will be responsible forsupporting candidate sourcing and talent marketplace research, utilizing and reporting capabilities in database, conducting market mapping exercises to help analyse talent landscape, etc.
The ideal Candidate shouldhave passion for research processes, a Bachelor degree (HR or IT will be a strong asset), first experience in a professional services environment, excellent English (C1) is a must, as well as strong analytical, organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. We require advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
