Responsibilities:
• Form relationships with subject matter experts, encouraging trust and transparency, during project phases like requirements analysis, system configuration, QA & UAT for assigned pieces of system analyst work.
• Review system requirements to ensure that the full IT and business impact has been thought through and addressed before passing to the delivery team for execution.
• Collate requirements, systems design and other business analysis documentation produced by the delivery team to ensure that the solution meets business requirements and satisfies standards.
• Develop and conduct QA acceptance testing, test plans and test scenarios
• Define curriculum, design material on new or existing application
• Functional and Technical Support - Provide subject matter input in the resolution of general functional and technical production incidents to achieve timely resolution.
Required skills:
• 1 to 3 years of experience in the development of standard system documentation, testing software, tracking issues and working with developers to ensure that requirements are being met, preferably related to insurance industry
• Solid understanding of the software development cycle
• Ability to define and document business processes and software requirements for technology initiatives
• English language is a must
