As a Junior Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Handling customers’ technical issues and providing assistance on X-Formation products
- Cooperating with developers and customers via email, phone and/or remote sessions
- Performing analysis of the practical needs of customers
- Improving customer satisfaction
- Cooperating actively with sales team
Wymagania
Must-haves:
- Customer-oriented personality
- Motivation to acquire new skills
- Ability to identify customer needs and solve problems of moderate to high complexity
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Analytical and problem resolution skills
- Very good communication skills (English)
- Previous customer experience
Nice-to-haves:
- Understanding of Linux OS (a plus)
- Knowledge of Software Licensing
- Knowledge of Database
