For our Client, one of the fast growing Shared Services in Gdańsk, we are looking for a candidate to join the new Administration Department
Your new role
Being a part of a new team, you will take part in building processes and activities in Gdańsk. You will support one of the teams in administrative tasks such as managing client's contracts, opening and closing of contracts, changing a customer's data in a system and processing orders. We provide detailed training at the beginning, so you don’t need to have experience in administration.
What you'll need to succeed
You are perfect candidate if you are available to work full-time and you would like to work with foreign languages. We are looking for candidates with Advanced English ( B2+/C1) and B1 level of one of the following languages: Danish or Finnish. You need to be able to understand written text and communicate at basic level. To succeed in this role you need to present analytical skills and attention to details. You don’t need to have previous experience!
