THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Biotechnology organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
The client has as a mission to improve the quality of life for cancer patients through molecular diagnostics. They are looking for an all-round software developer to help improve their medical device.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As junior Software Developer you will be part of the team focussing on developing software tools that are part of the innovative medical device. This device is used to make complex treatment decisions. You will be responsible for all stages of the software development cycle; analysing user needs, write specifications, develop and maintain code in C#.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Part of the whole software development cycle
- Develop software applications in C#
- Write software design and specification documents
- Close collaboration with multiple departments within the company
- Strong communicator
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Informatics or comparable
- Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch would be a plus
- 1 year of experience with application development
- Knowledge of C#/ .NET
- Experience with scripting languages/ databases (MS SQL Server) would be a plus.
