THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Brabant Flamand Belgium.

This client deals in ingredients and does so on a global scale.They are continuously growing and looking for new, junior additions to their sales teams. As the focus of the turnover is regional, this position has a local focus and requires travel within Flemish Brabant. ROLE DESCRIPTION

First and foremost, you are a baker. Second, you are a sales representative and travel through Flemish Brabant to promote the bakery ingredients. For this, you are charming enough to stay in touch with the clients, and reliable enough to build long term connections. You get satisfaction from meeting your targets and perform well under pressure. For this, you are socially competent, communicative and persuasive. Because of previous sales experience, you know the trade. Of course, there will be plenty of room to grow within the role, and you plan to make use of every learning opportunity you get.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• New client acquisition
• Maintaining relations with existing clients
• You handle complaints and questions
• You organise the sales campagnes
• You do the administrative follow-up

REQUIREMENTS

• You are a baker. This is non-negotiable
• You have commercial skill and some commercial experience
• Experience of sales within the food industry has the preference
• You have a driver's license (B)
• You're flexible, persuasive, enthusiastic and eager to learn
