For our Client - a British enterprise in the food industry, operating on the international market, we are looking for a candidate for the position:
Junior Sales/Export ManagerMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
- To achieve annual volume, Net Sales Value (NSV), Profit After Variable Costs (PAVC) and working capital objectives,
- In partnership with Brand Managers, define products range and support strategy for the retailers,
- Preparation, implementation and execution of sales and promo calendar for core categories,
- Initiating and coordinating of new products listings with customers,
- Active participation in business meetings with customers; agree sales targets, trade marketing strategy and shape path for future growth in each market,
- Actively working on price offers, analyzing product portfolio- and price- changes to optimize short and long term profit,
- Preparing presentations and other promotional materials,
- Using available tools (Euromonitor, IGD, Nielsen, other) to analyze categories in the region,
- Planning and estimating product volumes according to agreed sales plan,
- Every-day contacts with customers,
- Active cooperation with Technical and Marketing department in process of New Product Development,
- Completing and filling product registration forms and other documents dedicated for each regions
- Coordination logistic and clients order schedule,
- Close cooperation on customer management with Marketing, Production, Logistics and Finance,
- Sales Reporting, Sales Forecasting and providing support for Credit Control as and when required.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of retail and wholesale market in Europe,
- At least 3 years successful experience in export sales department in FMCG environment,
- International experience in communication with third party distributors and importers,
- Experience in trade marketing, general marketing knowledge,
- Experience in using market tools, such as Euromonitor, Nielsen would be a benefit,
- Advanced knowledge of English, German or other language would be an advantage,
- Commercial numeracy and financial understanding,
- Strong communication skills in international environment,
- Very good interpersonal skills,
- Ability to travel (5-10%),
- Higher Education, preferably Economical study,
- Good PC skills and knowledge of MS Office.
