We are currently looking for two talented Junior Sales Development Representatives with a passion for software sales and business development. If you feel that outreach to the prequalified prospects is your thing, don’t hesitate and apply for this position.

 

Joining the Business Development Team means:

  • a 3-month-long juniorship spent on learning and polishing the skills which make a perfect foundation for a future promotion and a pay rise,

What are the responsibilities of a Junior Sales Development Representative?

  • qualify prospects according to an Ideal Customer Profile,
  • outreach to qualified prospects using email, telephone, social media,
  • assistance in distributing targeted email campaigns
  • creating the content of sales emails,
  • conducting market research to obtain leads,
  • initiating contact with clients and setting up meetings for Business Development Specialists to achieve KPIs.

 

We want you to come on board if you:

  • have an excellent command of written and spoken English (CEFR C1+), Polish not required,
  • have experience in maintaining communication with clients,
  • display impressive written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities,
  • thrive in a competitive environment and to adapt to change easily,
  • are a problem-solver with strong analytical skills,
  • are interested in new technologies and can quickly learn how to use various web and mobile applications and tools.

 

We’ll be even more happy to see that you:

  • have experience in or some knowledge of IT/software consulting/SaaS market,
  • have experience in outreach, B2B sales or call centres,
  • are familiar with CRM systems and Google tools,
  • have a business-oriented approach, or a degree in Economics or Management.
