WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
- Acting as a first line of contact for customer employees, HR departments and third parties for HR and payroll related questions such as: new hire, termination, leave of absence, benefits, deductions, time and attendance, attestations
- Resolving customer queries, preserving time and quality requirements
- Explain and manage electronic inquiries (emails)
- Behavior in accordance with the culture of electronic communication, to respond to customers on time, receive all phone calls within the deadlines
- Having knowledge of communications systems (CRM)
- Prepare and maintain payroll related records and reports
- Document workflow and work procedures
- Cross-train designated back-up
