For one of our Clients, a leading global medical company, we are currently looking for Junior Recruitment Administrator with German language.
Within the role you will be responsible for both local and global recruitment processes, posting jobs and employer branding activities on social media, conducting phone, face-to-face and video interviews with candidates, scheduling internal interviews with Hiring Managers, close cooperation with HR departments as well as giving feedback to candidates. As a part of global recruitment team you will also be responsible for contact with Recruitment Agencies and HR service providers.
To be successful in this role you need to have very good command of both German and English languages, previous experience in recruitment, strong communication and organisational skills, extremely high level of self-motivation, independence and stress-resistance.
