For our Client, world famous outsourcing company with RPO Center based in Kraków, we are looking for Candidates for the position of Junior Recruiter.
While working at Kraków RPO Global Center, you will be responsible for creating effective sourcing strategy for each role. You will have to interpret resourcing plans and Manager’s needs, all time ensuring you have developed the most effective and innovative sourcing options, including headhunting and networking. You will be responsible for direct contact with Recruiters and Managers. Your responsibilities will also include creating reports of your recruitment activities.
An ideal Candidate needs to speak English fluently (C1 level is a must). At least of 1 year of professional experience at similar role, ideally within IT field is also required. We are looking for Candidates with excellent communication skills. Experience in the identification, attraction and engagement of difficult to find technical candidates ideally on the international markets would be an asset.
