ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Junior Quality Assurance Manager, you are part of the QA team at the site in Flemish Brabant. You ensure that the company's quality policy is implemented and its standards are used in production. Additionally, you will also be responsible for continuous improvement projects and conduct internal audits. This is an ideal role for junior candidates who want to make a second or third step in their career.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement quality standards and QA policies.
- Drive continuous improvement projects.
- Conduct internal audits.
- Handle customer complaints.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree Industrial Engineering, Master's degree Bio-Engineering or similar.
- 3-5 years of experience with Quality Assurance in the food industry.
- Experience with HACCP and other quality standards.
- Experience with RCA and PDCA or similar CI methodologies.
- Fluency in English and Dutch and/or French.
