This role applies to Project Managers operating at entry level, who are able to apply project management knowledge when participating in simple, non-complex projects. This role is to take part in managing and improving the delivery of projects to Major Account Customers throughout EMEA to increase customer satisfaction and profitability.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this position you need to have around a year of experience in a similar role and any current certification in a recognized project management discipline. At least a year of experience in working with Microsoft Project as well as ITIL v3 foundation is essential together with a logistics and distribution background. Excellent communication skills in English are crucial, knowledge of French or German would be a highly added value.

Your new role

This role is to take part in managing and improving the delivery of projects to Major Account Customers throughout EMEA to increase customer satisfaction and profitability.
More importantly you will be responsible for the following:
- Delivering assigned projects within time, budget and performance
- Managing all communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Leading and coordinating business and implementation activities within the assigned scope for an assigned project
- Monitoring costs, schedules and coordinating activities of assigned projects and works to ensure the ultimate success
- Planning throughout all phases of a project lifecycle, ensuring Gantt charts and project management plans are maintained for each assigned account
- SPOC for all assigned project activities
- Coordinating assignment of necessary resources to perform project activities
- Participating in sales calls, executive presentations, and customer events where applicable
- Coordinating engagement with 3rd party solution providers to support customer implementations
- Projects reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Managing all project dependencies
- Identifying and managing of project risks, escalating issues where necessary to ensure timely resolution
- Project sign off and transition to service management.
