At this positionyou will be responsible for all the administration side of working in a project.
Starting with scheduling meetings and attending them in order to keep notes you will get to know all the secrets of project functioning. After that you will be required to collect all the information and data and present it in form of Power Point presentation or Excel report.
That is why good knowledge of MS Office package is a must. Moreover excellent communication skills is something that you will be able to use and improve because you will constantly work with other people. Sometimes asking the right question may begin with a lot of unnecessary ones and you cannot be afraid to ask them.
