Currently our client is looking for a Junior Project Administratorto help him maintain all the administrative part of different project within the company.
What will be your tasks?
At this position you will be responsible for a broad cooperation with teams dedicated to work within specific projects. This cooperation will include assisting the teams and their managers in all administration related tasks like scheduling meetings, creating reports and presentations, doing researches and providing information. All this tasks will help you to gain new skills and learn about new tools.
At this job you will be able to use your excellent English skillssince some of your coworkers might be from abroad. Moreover good knowledge of MS Office package will be an asset as well as previous experience in coordinator or administrator position.
