Your new role
As a Junior Product Manager, you will empower a local Regional Marketing Department which supports CEE region. You will be expected to coordinate all the activities related to managing assigned subcategory to achieve the agreed market share and P&L/financial objectives in line with the company strategies. Main responsibilities include development & timely implementation of commercial plans for the assigned products in cooperation with other Customer Marketing teams located in the countries, planning the commercial event calendar (including product launches / re-launches), development of master materials, participation in monthly meeting/calls with regional and local teams.
What you'll need to succeed
University degree, 2 years' experience in Marketing (FMCG, OTC preferable), excellent communication and analytical skills, very good command of English.
