The PANDORA Shared Service Centre (SSC) was established in Warsaw, Poland, in 2012 and is responsible for the finance and accounting processes of a number of PANDORA entities across the EMEA region.

Junior Process Excellence Specialist

PANDORA, one of the world’s largest jewelry brands, is currently looking for a Junior Process Excellence Specialist for its Financial Shared Service Centre for EMEA Region in Warsaw, willing to support the success of this unique brand.

 

ROLE PURPOSE

  • Provide professional support for finance process analysis, process improvements and coordination of systems development to support finance processes.
  • Support the organization in the realization of the company’s vision and achieving strategic goals.

 

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify process improvement opportunities in finance and accounting area.
  • Drive change towards harmonized processes and best practices.
  • Analyse and map business and finance processes.
  • Support implementation of the new tools and solutions.
  • Support for the governance of the SSC, including SLA management, customer billing, issue handling and KPI reporting.
  • Provide additional support to the SSC management team as is necessary for the proper functioning of the SSC.
  • Support the maintenance of the SSC Intranet website.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Working knowledge and understanding of operational processes within the financial services industry: Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash or Record to Report.
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
  • Master Degree or last year student status in Economics, Finance or similar.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Passion for process improvement and ability to take initiative.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem solving skills.
  • ‘Can-do’ attitude and pro-active customer orientation.
  • Excellent organizational, motivation and planning skills.
