Your next position
We are looking for a full of initiative individual with first commercial development experience, who will support our Client in development and maintenance of expert systems applications as well as in facilitation of automation and new technologies throughout the company. You will have an opportunity to grow in multi-platform environment, learn various tools and technologies (AI, AWS, Microsoft solutions, web development) and by using them, bring continuous innovation to the firm.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Creating custom solutions using expert systems such as artificial intelligence (AI) ‘drag-and-drop’ development platform that allow to create intelligent software apps for automating complex, repetitive tasks
• Building, testing, and implementing custom reports from various data platforms.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with end users of solutions used in the company (Neota Logic, HighQ, HotDocs, SharePoint).
• Documenting website maintenance procedures and training others on performing these procedures.
• Producing, editing, and maintaining specification documentation.
• Performing preliminary testing on applications builds or features prior to release to end users for testing.
• Maintaining a working knowledge of new or enhanced features for the various expert system platforms that could assist with attorney workflows and processes.
What you will need to succeed?
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 – 2 years of general development experience
• Familiarity with using REST/API to enable multiple cloud-based applications to communicate.
• Ability to learn new applications/development environments quickly as they are brought on board by the firm.
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Proven knowledge of ASP.NET, XML, CSS and JS/JQUERY is preferred
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good knowledge of the English language is mandatory (written and verbal)
