For our Client, a newly opened IT Centre in Katowice, we are searching for Infrastructure Support Specialist.
Your new role
As Infrastructure Support Specialist you will be troubleshooting 1 level issues of the network infrastructure – LAN, WLAN, WAN, Remote Access. On this position you will be handling with incident management and tickets. Moreover, you will be continuously improving processes, tools andprocedures. You also willbe exchanging experience with other service managers and ensure technical alignment between core services.
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal Candidate for this position should have experience in the support of IT networks and background in network technology. The Candidate should also has a knowledge of the infrastructure environment and experience with Cisco network components. Fluent English is a must, knowledge of German will be an asset. Nice to have: AVAYA Switches, AVAYA Fabric, VLAN- Configuration and SD-WAN experience.
