PANDORA, one of the world’s largest jewelry brands, is currently looking for a Junior Master Data Specialist for its Financial Shared Service Centre for EMEA Region in Warsaw, willing to support the success of this unique brand.
ROLE PURPOSE
Our Junior Master Data Specialist in Shared Service Centre will ensure the proper maintenance of Master Data set up in Microsoft Dynamics AX in one of the following areas: price maintenance (costing versions and sales price groups), vendor master data and customer master data as well as proper maintenance of users in PANDORA Training Portal (POD).
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the primary point of contact for business requests and questions related to the various areas in the company PANDORA Training Portal (POD) and master data.
- Complete requests for PANDORA Training Portal (POD) and master data in a timely, accurate manner by performing integrity checks to ensure a high quality of all the data.
- Ensure all requests contain the appropriate supporting documentation and comply with corporate requirements before they are implemented into the system.
- Analyze and improve data quality, which includes running regular scheduled data audit reports.
- Support continuous improvement of processes and initiatives.
- Process job tasks with efficiency and high quality at all times.
- Builds positive working relationships with: SSC Colleagues, Corporate Finance and internal customers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree (also in progress).
- Fluent English is a must.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and particularly in MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Customer orientation and passion for providing exceptional service to the business.
- Willingness to learn with can-do attitude.
