For our Client – Internal IT Support Department of International Energy Provide, we are looking for Junior IT Technician for offices in Katowice and Gliwice.
Your new role
As a Junior IT Technician you will provide 1 stline support for internal clients from different locations. You will be involved in team work projects to resolve complex issues and improvement plans of current tasks. Moreover, you will follow ITIL processes and constantly expand you IT knowledge due to users request related to security, mobile devices or virtualisation.
What you'll need to succeed
To be an ideal Candidate you need to have a bachelor degree and background in Shared Services Center or as an IT support/Helpdesk/1 stline support. Language skills are also crucial part of this role so you need to be able freely communicate in English and/or German. Experience with SCCM and Active Directory will be an asset.
