junior IT specialist

Responsibilities:
- Provide user support at all levels within own expertise and guide users to appropriate channels
- Decide when escalations to 3rd party is needed
- Troubleshooting and solving incidents and problems within the ERP system and related and/or integrated systems and other software products
- Testing of reported defects to validate and ensure quality of developed solution for the ERP system and related and/or integrated systems and other software products
- Active participation in internal/external meetings related to ERP support and development (ex. sprint retrospective and similar)
- Education of end-user within own area of expertise
- Participate in on-site support when needed and possible (ex. project roll-out)
- Active participation in various types of projects within the IT area
- Higher education within the IT area, mathematics, finance, logistics or manufacturing
- ITIL certification, minimum v3 2011 would be an advantage
- Basic IT knowledge (Office package, windows)
- Development, troubleshooting and support of ERP systems (SQL) would be an advantage
