For our Client – international company from Real estate sector, we are looking for Candidate for a position of Junior Internal Auditor with Spanish / Italian / French.

Job purpose:Responsible to ensure the management, organizing, reviewing, updating and delivery of the Best Practice Management System relating to Lease Administration activities for all Client Accounts. The Junior Internal Auditor is also responsible to ensure that the Best Practice procedures are understood, implemented and maintained to provide consistency of service delivery.

Scope of duties:Complete internal audits of lease administration accounts using general Best Practice & Client Best Practice. Monitor corrective actions resulting from internal audits are completed within agreed timescale. Escalate major non-conformity issues. Monthly reporting of any gaps caused by procedures not in yet in place. Monthly reporting of internal audit progress and corrective actions. Own the schedule for reviewing site procedures, including reviews of document retention limits and edits as a result of changes to local site activity or contract requirements. Support the transition team in creating new Client Best practices and any other necessary procedures. Ensure any agreed process change are implemented and documented accordingly.

Requirements:Higher education in finance field. Competent in, and understanding of, auditing processes and potential systems. Work experiences in internal auditing. Practical working knowledge of up-to-date quality management tools and techniques. Provide effective verbal and written communication and feedback. Systematic approach with good attention to detail. Accuracy and ability to work under pressure. Language skills: English and Spanish / Italian / French - advanced level.
