Junior Infrastructure Analyst
Who are we looking for?
If you are:
- A beginner Digital Workplace with proven thought technical administration
- Able to socialize ideas, make recommendations, help to gather team consensus to solve problems and support technical activities,
- Good at communicating technical problems
- Analytical mind with evaluative and problem-solving abilities, able to support technical implementations and solutions aligned
And you have:
- 2+ years of experience in large scale IT environments.
- 1+ years of experience in administrating and supporting large-scale Workplace environments (MacOS, Windows, Linux)
- Experience in administrating or supporting Active Directory, System Center Configuration Manager,
- Knowledge about Image Deployment, Modern Device Management, Mobile Device Management,
- Experience with Enterprise IoT will be advantageous,
- Experience in scripting (Powershell) will be advantageous,
- Experience with Azure or AWS platforms will be advantageous,
- Basic understanding of network infrastructure,
- Basic understanding of datacenter infrastructure.
What will you do?
This is a non-client facing, Engineering & Consulting role which requires good communication skills, great technical capabilities and strong analytics skills. Successful applicants will be able to work with Capgemini technical teams across the globe on most exciting newest technologies.
Main accountabilities
- Provide top level technology consultancy services to our internal or external clients
- Support implementation programs for complex enterprise scale solutions
- Work with Architects, Subject Matter Experts, Solution Designers
- Monitor and support requests from/to our vendors,
- Coordinate client’s visits,
- Act as support for Subject Matter Expert to deliver remediation for complex client’s issues.
Who will you be working with?
