Responsibilities:
- Support HR in the recruitment processes
- Administration of HR systems
- Participation in the preparation of HR analyses, reports and presentations
- Participation in the design and implementation of HR projects and initiatives
- Sourcing candidates from a variety of sources including social media, job boards and social networks
- Communicate through memos, spreadsheets, and data-driven charts
- Take part in constant training on innovative sourcing methods and tools
- Building global database of candidates
- University degree, preferably in HR-related field
- Open mindset towards change and engagement in continuous improvement
- Excellent command of Swedish – both spoken and written
- Analytical thinking and solid problem-solving skills
- Effective multitasking ability
- Experience in HR, Administration area would be an asset
- Experience in using computer applications (MS Office is required) and internet resources, including social media
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to details
- Ability to identify and resolve problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer focus
- Can do attitude
