For our Client, international e-commerce company with office located in Kraków, we are looking for candidates to join HR services team.
Your new role
On this position you will be responsible for answering employees queries about HR polices, procedures and processes. You will be responsible for talent acquisition (internal) and handling employees relations. Also working with HR data will be included in your scope of duties. Mostly you will be working with U.S teams.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with first experience gained in working with customers or within HR area. You have to be fluent in English (B2+ level) and have willingness to develop within HR area. You will be closely cooperating with U.S. markets so you have to be able to work on late shift (from 3 pm). Analytical and interpersonal skills will be useful on this position.
