Junior HR Administrator with French or Spanish
Location: WarszawaAs part of our HR Customer Care team you will act as an HR guide for our employees across Europe. You will have the opportunity to navigate them through the HR world and design smart and user-friendly solutions for them. Join our team of self-driven HR enthusiasts with a can-do attitude and meet new people from various countries and cultures on a daily basis!
Some work experience would be an advantage but is not essential - ultimately, it’s your desire to learn and your blend of communication, organization and team working skills that will be important.
Major duties and responsibilities:
- Preparing employee’s contracts and other documents related to employment process
- Updating data in Talent Link and other HR systems
- Preparing analysis and reports regarding employee administration
- Providing support for Schneider Electric employees related toHR topics
Required qualifications and skills:
- Fluent French or Spanish and a good command of English
- University degree or final-year students (educational background related to HR will be an asset)
- Experience in Customer Service/ Call Center will be an asset
- Goal orientation and consistency of action
- Customer focus and team-working skills
