For our Client, well known outsourcing company based in Krak贸w, we are currently looking for Candidates with fluency in Italian and English to join HR Administration department.
While working at this role, you will be responsible for contacting your Clients and administration of data in the system. You will be responsible for updating information in database and taking care of employee's benefits. You will have contact with Italian speaking customers both via email and phone.
We are looking for Candidatesthat are fully available and interested in Customer Service area. Excellent Italian and English are a must. As the job requires data updates, we are looking for detail oriented people with good analytical skills. Previous work experience in the field of Customer Support is nice to have but not required.
