For Company operated in white goods appliances sector, subsidiary of the International Group, we are currently looking for a motivated professional, to strengthen finance area and fill the position of Junior Financial Controller.
We are looking for a candidate with master degree in accounting, economics or finance, with minimum 2-3 years of progressive experience in finance/controlling/audit department (Big4 experience will be an asset), with good knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS) and financial procedures, with experience in financial reporting and month-end, year-end closing process, practice knowledge of controlling, audit, accounting, tax law; very good MS Office/Excel knowledge; strong experience in using IT systems to satisfy business needs will be an asset, knowledge of Hyperion reporting system will be an asset. Junior Financial Controller has to be fluent both written and oral in English, has highly developed analytical and interpersonal skills, be open for new challenges, with initiative, energetic, proactive and positive attitude. On this position you need to be ready to work under time pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to travel from time to time (10%).
Main duties will include participation in the budgeting process and financial forecast, close cooperation with CFO, reporting actuals according to the Group standards (IFRS), monitoring and analysis of monthly operating results and variances against budget/forecast, supporting Business with analyses and recommendations, supporting month-end and year-end close process, ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting, manage and comply with Group procedures requirements, maintaining and strengthen internal controls, implement ongoing systemic improvements in processes and procedures, also concerning ERP software. Ad hoc duties as necessary, not only related to subsidiary in Poland but also in case of need, in other NEE countries.
