HRO Personnel is a Human Resources service provider operating under number 6696. We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Clients behalf for a person in the following role:
Junior Financial Analyst
Key Accountabilities:
• Responsible for performing simple to moderate complex data analyses. Assist in developing, interpreting, and implementing financial and non-financial business concepts including planning, trending, forecasting, and business modeling.
• Assist in developing and maintaining financial and quantitative analyses from customer service operations.
• Conduct cost/benefit analysis and/or breakeven analysis for various assignments to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with service operations to gather operational and financial information.
• Coordinate the development of budgets for organization by providing information and assisting staffs and administrators in budget preparation, implementation, and control.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc business reports for upper management
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a business related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in a related field
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Must be a team player, self-motivated, and have the ability to multi task and work in a rapidly changing environment
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Proven presentation and facilitation skills
