For our Client, an international business company located in Kraków, we are looking for Junior Financial Analyst.
Your new role
Within this position you will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes. You will be evaluating and reviewing budget and forecasts provided by local finance teams and maintaining and timely updating forecast results ensuring that variances to plan are fully understood and reported. You will be also interpreting the company’s financial results and recommending improvement activities and monitoring and assessing costs/fees of major business partners. Your duties will include developing monthly management reports and other ad hoc reports and providing support and leadership on other ad hoc analysis and projects within Finance areas and other departments.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with Degree in Finance, Finance Management or Controlling, fluency in English is required (C1 level). Previous experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or experience with complex data analysis and ability to develop financial models are not required, but will be advantageous.
