Your new role
Within this position you will be responsible for providing customer service to clients. Your duties will include providing software, hardware and network solutions to the customer and registering tickets in internal system.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with very good English - B2/C1 level, willing to develop in IT field. Previous experience in customer service will be an asset, but is not required - our clients offers all trainings. An ideal Candidate has to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
