Your new role
Within this position you will be responsible for making phone calls in order to book interpreters for assignments requested by the Public Institution in the UK. You will also be responsible for meeting defined individual/team performance and quality targets to ensure delivery of key business objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with Bachelor or Master Degree, previous experience in customer service will be an asset. Fluency in English is required, at least C1 level. An ideal Candidate has to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
