On behalf of our Client, leading global advisor in the area of risk and people, we are currently looking for Candidates interested in Customer Service position for centre located in Krakow.
You will be responsible forproviding telephone and email support for the employees of the company’s clients who contact customer service with questions about benefits and with more complex cases to get a solution. You will be also participating in other HR related processes e.g. in payroll.
To be a successful Candidateyou must be a fluent English speaker (C1 is a minimum) and have good command of German or Italian (minimum C1). You also must be a good communicator and be open for a role that requires to interact with colleagues from all over the world on a daily basis. It is a great opportunity for fresh graduates and those who have a few months’ work experience, and would like to learn more about business work. This is great opportunity if you are available for full-time work and want to gain the security of permanent employment contract.
