Junior Corporate Analyst in Large Corporates Financial Strategy
Main duties of an employeewill be participation in advisory projects towards corporate clients mainly from Nordic countries, Germany and UK, information gathering from public sources as well as provided databases, creating financial analysis and models in MS Excel, preparation of client presentations and internal background material for client meetings. Employee needs to develop good understanding of capital structure and credit ratings, as well as corporate financing solutions and processes. Furthermore candidate will reconnoiter concepts around sustainable financing and ESG, along with ongoing energy transition recognized by technology innovation, the move from fossil to renewables generation and changing demands and how it impacts the overall strategy of energy companies.
Our Client expectsa master degree, preferably in the area of economics, econometrics, finance, business, mathematics or engineering, good understanding of financial statements and their interlinkages as well as theories around capital structure, structured finance, corporate finance, credit rating/credit risk, merges and acquisitions, valuation and financing. Future employee needs to be fluent in English. Proficiency in German or Scandinavian languages would be an advantage.
