Junior Change Manager
Location: Warsaw
Type of contract: B2B via HAYS
Salary: up to 500 PLN net +VAT/day
Duties:
- Collaboration across different teams identifying, designing, developing and improving service quality
- Performing proactive and re-active investigations protecting client business and initiates actions to improve or correct the situation,
- Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and client vendors
- Providing focus and accountability for end-to-end service context
- Reporting from ticketing tools, Data Warehouse or other DB
- SLA/OLA creation
- KPIs developing/improvement
- Support other tasks in service management area, like coordination of the CR’s, projects, formal topics
Requirements:
- University degree in IT Discipline or equivalent
- Preferred 2 years’ experience in IT
- Knowledge of Incident/Problem/Change Management frameworks such as ITIL is a plus
- Ability to speak English (minimum B1-B2 level)
- Self-driven and proactive approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Basic programming knowledge (C#, T-SQL, JavaScript)
- Technical background
- Good understanding and of IT infrastructure and maintenance topics
