Our Client is constantly growing, globally recognized financial institution. Currently the Company is developing online banking platform.
We are looking for Candidates interested in new technologies who would join net Operations department and support French speaking Clients. While working at the position of Specialist, you will be responsible for implementation and support of e-channels for Company’s Clients, all time ensuring all procedures and standards are met. You will be delivering high-quality Client service, including handling calls and emails, identifying errors and providing feedback to other teams.
You will be also delivering trainings in French and English to Clients on usage of e-channel. We are looking for Candidates with excellent French and English language skills (C1 level is a must!) and at least 1 year of professional experience in the area of Customer Service. Previous work experiences in the field of banking/finance would be an asset, but is not required.
An ideal Candidate needs to be open and communicative, able to work effectively under pressure of time and possess excellent organizational skills.
