Key responsibilities
- Process refunds to customers in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process daily banking into the cash book and general ledger.
- Assisting with other finance department deadlines as required during peak periods

- Ability to read/write/speak English fluently
- Good attention to detail
- Listaning and questioning skills
- Driven to do a good job
