Application Specialist On behalf of our Client, the global company located in the city center, to the internal IT department, we are currently looking for:
On this position main responsibilities include:
- support the business located globally as 2nd line IT specialist
- resolving incidents and ticket management
- routine maintenance and administration for all services
- liaising with technical and business teams
Requirements:
- at least 1 year experience in 2nd line applications support
- excellent knowledge of MS-Office
- good understanding of client server architecture including server and client side application installation, virtual machines and program compiling
- understanding of browser application installation
- familiarity with a Change process in an Enterprise environment
- an understanding of Citrix use and principals
- experience in SQL (job creation, back-up and recovery, process monitoring) will be an asset
- positive and effective approach to problem solving
- good team player skills
- due to working in an international environment very good English (written and spoken) is a must
