Your new role: You will work in a team who oversee the operations and insights from client feedback and its related tools and proactively contribute new ideas.
Your main responsibility will be providing analyses to the Client Impact Team in the context of client feedback and the existing survey tools. Collaborating with other company department and divisions. Responding to colleagues’ inquiries on data related questions results. It will be a significant opportunity to shape the role and demonstrate individual leadership. The role is dedicated to promoting an integrated approach to client impact in mindset, way of-working, processes, tools and infrastructure.
What you'll need to succeed: Fluent English to communicate with company stakeholders on a daily basis (second European language is would be beneficial), University degree in Finance/Analytics, MS Office skills (very good MS Excel or MS Access), analytical thinking, problem solving skills, experience in analytics will be a strong advantage
