Junior Accountant
Lokalizacja: WarsawFor our Client - Scandinavian company located in Warsaw, we are looking for candidates who will take the position of Junior Accountant.
You will be responsible for:
- control and verify vendor invoices and/or travel expenses
- handle receipt of invoices
- ensure timely clearing of received documents in SAP
- provide end-user support based on cases and by phone
- handle various reminder processes.
Your competences include that you:
- have a relevant educational background and have completed a bachelor’s degree
- have experience with vendor invoices and/or travel expenses from previous jobs
- have worked with SAP – and have knowledge about regional VAT rules
- have a proactive and systematic approach to your work tasks
- have good communication skills.
In addition, you speak and write English fluently at least at B2/C1 level.
Furthermore, you’ll have a large interface with group functions and managers all over the world, so it’s important that you’re able to communicate positively and constructively. In addition, you’re service-minded and flexible.
