For our client, an international company we are currently looking for Junior Accountant with languages (French, German or Spanish) to join its SSC located in Warsaw.
On this position you will be supporting AP and T&E processes for EMEA region and participating in SAP Ariba implementation ( planning, scheduling and cooperation with internal and external Stakeholders ). In addition, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving incoming supplier queries with high-quality service standard and close cooperating with other departments to ensure proper handling of queries. As a Junior Accountant you will be making calls to suppliers for timely queries follow up as well as controlling that all tasks are performed as stated in the existing policies, procedures and country regulations.
We are looking for candidates with min. 1 year of accounts payable or related accounting experience and with the practical knowledge of SAP system. Good command of spoken and written English and French, Spanish or German is a must. We are seeking for detail-minded and service-oriented candidates with well- developed communication skills.
