Junior Accountant with French
Location: WarszawaAbout the role
As a part of our Financial Shared Service team you will be responsible for verification, processing and settlement of financial documents in accordance with legal regulations and internal procedures.

Some work experience would be an advantage, but is not essential - ultimately, it’s your desire to learn and your blend of communication, organization and team working skills that will be important.
What you will do:
- Cooperation with local business entities of Schneider Electric
- Communication with vendors and customers in France
- Verifying and processing purchase invoices
- Phone and e-mail communication with external suppliers to process their due payments
- Preparing financial reports and analysis
- Monitoring and processing payments
- Supporting bank systems and financial operations
What you will need:
- Secondary or higher education – preferably in accounting/ finance
- Good knowledge of French and English
- Good MS Excel knowledge
- Knowledge of SAP will be an asset
- Very good communication skills
- Customer focus and team-working skills
