For our Client, one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organizations which serve around 46 million customers through few global businesses, we are currently looking for Accountants to work on Reconciliation Analyst position. The role is based in the Global Finance Centre of Excellence in Krakow, Poland.
Working on this positionyou will be responsible for the Daily/Monthly balance sheet accounts reconciliation/preparation of proofs to comply with SOX and Internal regulations. You will analyzing reconciliation issues, identifying mismatching causes and escalating them to the proper department in order to resolve them in a timely manner as well as you will assuring the accuracy and completeness of reconciliations and the respect of procedures. Your duties will also include ensure close liaison, and build good working relationships, with relevant teams Managers across a wide range of areas throughout the organization.
To be a successful Candidateyou must have master degree in Economics or Finance, experience with MS Office applications particularly Excel (VBA is a plus). Candidates should have knowledge of accounting principles as well as experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable or General Ledger would be assets. The Company working language is English and a fluent standard of written and spoken English is essential. Moreover Candidates should have strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills and be able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
